• Administer the control of property, effects and assets of the church, regulating, using and controlling the same for the benefit of the church;
• Lead the church in active faith in God for the resources required to meet the needs of the church. These resources shall be disbursed according to the annual budget or, in cases of emergencies, as deemed by the Board of Trustees in consultation with the Church Council.
• In consultation with the pastor, be responsible for all matters related to personnel and employment practices.

• Budget - Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the annual budget
• Personnel - Responsible for all matters related to staff personnel issues
• Buildings and Grounds - Responsible for the maintenance of the church building and grounds, as well as all other properties owned by the church.
